What associations exist in the Urbanization?

This question has been raised on several occasions and it is important that all residents know how many associations exist and what is the role of each one of them. There are currently 4 associations / groups in our urbanization:
The Association of Neighbors of the Pinares-Brucar. It is an association whose purpose is to improve urbanization as much as possible and serve as a direct link with the City Council or Public Administrations to manage all those issues that affect urbanization, among its tasks is also the management of grouped mailboxes. The Association of Owners of Parcelas de los Pinares. It is also known as the Agrupación del Pozo, it is a group with a certain number of shareholders or co-owners of shares in Agua del Pozo and a series of plots distributed by the urbanization, among which is the social parcel that is currently assigned to usufruct by the other associations for the common good. Its registered office is at C/ Andilla, 11 and meetings in the social parcel Av. Serranos, 30. The current administrator is ASTEM: 963475349.
Los Pinares Cultural Recreation Association. It is an association whose purpose is to promote the union of the neighbors and the realization during the summer (usually during the month of July) of dinners and shows for the associates (festeros) in the social area (Av. The Urban Development Interest Group of Los Pinares-Brucar (Agrupación de Interés Urbanístico or AIU). It is also known as that of the PAI. It is a private company whose purpose is to urbanize the urbanization (putting lighting, sewerage, paving the streets, etc.) as a private developer (urbanizing agent) through indirect management, preventing the City Council from carrying out the works by direct management. The payment of the works in both cases is carried out by the owners, whether or not they are members of said AIU, but the members / owners pay their expenses for urbanization but also participate in its benefits.
